Funny. When the ZX12R and the 'Busa were duking it out for top dog honors, I never once heard or read anyone talk about the displacement difference between the two models. The ZX12R was just a hair slower.

Now that the Kawasaki is faster, somone brings engine size to the table...
Actually the zx12 has always been a tick faster than the busa. There are a lot of rumors about the 99' busa that set the top speed record as no stock busa has ever been able to duplicate it. Regardless as Del said it'll always be thought of as the worlds fastest bike till the restriction is lifted.



Oh and busa is 1300cc while zx14 is 1352.........

i've only seen the 14 in pics.... the only thing i can say is "what the hell was kawi thinking???"
