Which one would you pick...

Which one would you pick...
Been looking for awhile for a sport bike. I want a 600, and think my final choice is either a new Honda 600RR or the Kawasaki 636 Ninja. I like the exhaust on the Honda, but I like the front suspension/brakes on the Ninja. Give me some pros and cons guys....it's been awhile since I've owned a bike. I've got the cash and am wondering how much a dealer would come down off suggested retail. Honda is $8599 retail, Kawa is $7999. Thanks in advance

I have a cbr 600rr and my bro rides a 636.. i personally like the cbr better. Both the bikes are close and in fact so close you can't notice the difference. I will say that the 636 is 100x more comfortable than the rr (due to the rr's tucked handle bars and sunk down seat). But basically if i were you i would just go on what you think looks better, because as far as performance.... they are soo close its not worth picking one over the other over it.

Re: Which one would you pick...
it all comes down to who can give you the best deal on price and financing, and which one you think is the prettiest... the 636 will definetly have a little better around town power band w/ the extra 37 cc's, and it does have trick features that the 600rr doesn't, and it has trunk space which the honda doesn't
not trying to bash your bike freq, its awesome... but i think the 636 is more street-able if he wants the pro's of it

Re: Which one would you pick...
I've owned a few bikes.....it's been 15 years though. I just want a sportbike to cruise around on when the weather is nice. I've read great reviews on both bikes but everyone says the 636 is better as a "daily driver". I have a check ready to go, just gotta see who gives me the best deal. Thanks for your input guys. I think the Kawa is slightly edging out the Honda...plus it's $500 cheaper and includes the tail fairing.....thanks again

Cheaper than both the RR and the 636, but also a hell of allot more comfortable. If you're not gonna do any track days and this bike is gonna be a daily driver or a to and from work bike I can't see getting anything BUT the F4i!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just my humble opinion..............................
