Default need a little help

ebay and wera.com have some too. Here's one in richmond http://richmond.craigslist.org/mcy/167892837.html everyone wants an f3 for some reason so they're often hard to come by in good shape and/or you're paying a premium for them. In the used market you might have to travel a bit to get what you want.......just a warning. You'll have 10x the luck finding something in the DC area vs around here

If its your first bike you might want to phone around for insurance!! Insurance difference between a sport bike and let say a cruiser can be quite steep! I guess thats why a lot of sport bike guys just get Liability. Best of luck

And insurance does not always depend on the type of bike. State Farm bases it solely on displacement...

Kevin, talk to Dustin (Boost Junkie). He has a Yamaha he bought to learn on and I expect he'll be selling sometime soon.

There's a sweet 91' CBR6 F2 here in NoVa for a little over 3K, body is straight with only about 12K miles. Check out the Wash DC craigslist.
