ive been thru a few bikes and have rode the the big 3 japanese and a few cruisers. i used to recommend a older CBR f2, f3, f4i depending on your budget and what you can find, itll be hard to find a f4i for under 3K but now i would recoomend my newest bike i just added to my stable- an SV650 02 and < you should be able to find one at 3 if its mint and less with wear n tear. the power is real smooth and you can still flick it around great. so many possibilities with the bike.. stock, streetfighter style or even full faired. check SVrider.com for more pics and info.
