Default Looking at some new clip ons

I've been thinking of replacing mine for awhile now and i thin kIm finaaly going to do it, however in my research, I have come across some thing i hope I can get cleared up.

I have read several places that a brake reservoir is needed. I have aftermarket clip ons now and it slides onto the bar just like stock.

I've been looking at these:

Any other recommendations?

I like em. I have a set of Driven Carbon fiber low bars and they are great quality.
