Exclamation learning to ride this weekend

haha so i will have my bike by this weekend and it is being delivered to me.

well i have a big church parking lot next to my house (st. matthews church)
and i am planning on getting on and learning the basics to riding so i can actually ride on the street and such.

im thinking on either saturday 1pm-ish or sunday around 3pm-ish probably both.

im 100% bike ignorant and this is my first one, so anyone who would want to come and watch / help me out / laugh at me /give me some pointers and advice youre more than welcome to, just shoot me a pm or post on here.

supraboy's (jay-R) yamaha yzf-600R. i realize it's not a very powerful bike, but it will do the job for a first bike.

i havent "officially" bought it yet, but it looks like imma pick it up w/in the next day or so since my 240 just sold.

thats good... iv seen acouple friends think they can just go out and beat the shit of a 600 on the first couple days riding.. they ended up wrecking.

i dont think a 11 sec give or take is a slow bike...

sum might say it cant happen.. they just cant ride... bottom line..

iv been(weight 150lbs) 11.8 in 1/4 mile on a old ass f2(92 cbr600 f2 only mods was the slip on yosh exhaust) with no farings, sliping clutch and bold tire... vic(prostar rider weightin 120lbs) went 11.03 1/4mile
