I need my tires off the rim

my rear rim/tire needs a new airvavle . so I was wondering if anyone, worked or has a shop to take my front and rear tires off the rim, so I can get them recolored while the tires are off the rim. and 1 or 2 other small things. thank 87 honda hurricane

Norfolk -VB- cheasapke are prefered

if you arent planning on keeping the tires, just cut them off...

the tires are still very good its just when i wiggle the air vavle air comes out alot. when i was washing the bike i saw bubbles around the vavle. im glad i saw it then and not when i was rideing.....
