Its hard to say for sure without seeing a pic of the whole bike, but it indeed looks like an SR250. My wife had a 1982 model. The motor looked just like that.

not a seca 2, those were aircooled inline 4's
that is an SR250, or some vairiant of an SR
shove a 660 yamaha single (raptor, SRX, etc) in that bish and have some fun, lol
