Got my bike
Just picked up a 2002 cbr f4i. Im takeing it easy learning to ride, but its a blast. Im just gonna cruise around the neighborhood this winter so ill be ready for the spring.

yeah, first sport bike. I know its a pretty big thing to start with but i figured i might as well buy something i really want. Im gonna take it easy because i know the bike is pretty powerful.

i think the f4i isnt a bad bike to start with. any 600 is beginner worthy. and he doesnt have to worry bout upgrading when he gets bored. plus he has riding experience on other bikes. good luck see ya out there

I really considered getting a seca II or a ninja 500 for a while but when i started getting the cash up i just figured id save a bit more and get something worth keeping for a while. I agree with you about the f4i being a bit big but i think as long as i keep my experience in perspective and not let my head get big i should be alright. Thanks for all the input on everything.

i had an f4i, if theres a modern 600 supersport to learn on i'd say thats it... if you don't already have frame sliders on it hurry up and get them yesterday
