lol... not a bad vid, but there's just aLITTLE bit more to it than that. especially when it comes to rear brake control.

practice makes perfect though.

the last thing we need is people buying their first bikes and immediately trying to stunt on busy roads with traffic.. good way to get yourself killed, especially if you aren't comfortable on the bike yet.

so, with that said, I praise tutorial videos like this, but I also think it's asking for trouble.

i'm still not getting it and i cant figure out why. on my dirt bike i could get them up all day and ride them through the gear i just couldn't hold a steady speed and keep it up(i know that part sounds bad), i'd always stop rolling the throttle and the wheel would go down

anyone know whats up?

i just wanna be able to look cool lol

If you are accelerating in a wheelie then you need to get the front higher, your nowhere near the balance point.

yup, what he said.

when the bike feels like it's dropping undernieth you, that's right about where you need to be. i know that scares the hell out of most people.

if you're not reaching for the back brake... you're not up high enough.

just BE CAREFULL...i don't reccomend trying to learn on any public roads, or on a bike that you really care about. learning the proper way to wheelie.... YOU WILL DROP YOUR BIKE. it just come with the territory. take your time, all bikes are a lil different.

when i would get the front wheel up high i always felt like i was too far back for some reason and i guess mentally i'd let off
