After many many problems with the shipping company, and me having to go to ptown to pick it up at the shipping place, its is finally here and already has 40 miles on it from me driving everywhere! and still has a full tank!

btw anybody on here know a thing or 2 about 4 stroke motors such as mine? i plan on doing some engine upgrades and was wondering if anyone would be able to point out who could do it. Big Bore kit, custom exhaust and intake.

yes it does. its a vehical just like any other. has a vin, you insure it and you put tags on it. in VA it techinicaly isnt a moped so you need to put tags and insurance on it. i dont have tags on mine and i drive it around at 55mph but cops are cracking down so scoot riders beware.
