You ever have one of those brain farts and you dont realize whats happening till its done? yeaaah... i almost filled up completely with 87 fucking octane. thats what i get for driving a damn honda for a few months... anyways, now the gixxer is sitting outside running at idle with a large fan in front of it (to keep the radiator cool) so it cycles out the 4 bux in regular i accidentally pumped into her then its back off to the gas station to fill up with 93... i feel like such an A-hole

you can ride it with that gas in it, as long as your not out beating the snot out of it, it'll be fine. just run it halfway out, then top it off with 93, and you'll be fine. my drz has ALOT higher compression ratio than your bike, and i've had to run on 87 before.

 

$4? Whats that, like 1.3 gallons? I'm sure it'll be fine...

 

it gets like 40+ mpg hauling ass on the highway, you'd have to ride from like out there to richmond to burn off that much gas just riding, if your trying to burn it on off at idle i bet that things still in the back yard running!

 

lol i managed to get it down to like half a gallon. imma go fill up now. in premium

 

I'd have dropped some octane boost in there and called it a day. One tank of 87 isn't going to hurt anything unless you're really loading the motor.
