Default Can anyone help?

Anyone near the Charlottesville/ Richmond area that woud help me tune my stock 07 gsxr suspension to my weight. I just watched a 30 minute video on it but seems like you would need two ppl and I was wondering if anyone on here has done it. They say its one of the best things you can do after getting the bike. I can ride to meet someone and throw in a case of beer haha. Thanks!

I fluctuate between 175-180. I have done nothing to the bike suspension wise.

It has powdercoated levers/rear sets/ and passenger pegs
Frame Sliders
Taylormade Slip on.

at that weight you shouldn't have to do anything to tune the suspension UNLESS you are taking it to the track.

yea, the sag is pretty much already set up for your weight.
you can mess with the hydraulics to see if you can get a better ride out of it. i think for your bike the stock rebound and compression adjusters(front and rear)is set to 1-3/4 turns from the hardest settings. so, if you screw up, you can always back it out to those settings.

get the "suspension for mortals" dvd if you can.
