None of my bikes will EVER sport Bridgestones again. As if the product quality wasn't bad enough, the follow through by the company was atrocious.

That guy could easily be dead right now.

Reasonable customer service aside, just amazes me that the greedy bigwigs didn't look it at as damage control at least.

But now they're really screwed because they didn't attempt to help this one guy out.

He posted on Bridgestone's FB, they reported him as spam and now his acct is locked from commenting. He said nothing distasteful at all, simply posted the pics and description of each.

and was shortly thereafter unlocked, but the posts were removed. I also believe that post stating such was on like page 1 or 2, dating it atleast a week ago.
