In the state of virginia a wheelie is classed as Reckless driving, but depending on the situation can be lowered to an improper driving. Just a lil FYI, so don't get caught

Any parking lot preferably away from any type of civilization. There are other places too but I'm not revealing all my secrets-for the main fact that 95% of the tickets I've gotten for wheelieing never get reduced. Reckless for life.

Shit man, im just tryin to learn a better approach to wheelies, and how to clutch them up in a slower way....I have friends who do 100mph stoppies on the highway with a passenger on the back. Those people are suicidal! And its not like the girl doesnt know whats goin on, she enjoys participating with the stunts.

Basically I just roll about 5mph then pull the clutch in, give it the right amount of gas, and pop the clutch. Then once the front wheel is up just slightly press your rear break to keep the front at a good spot around the balance point and don't choke up.

Im still tryin to learn my balance point. Ive been on that wheelie bike in maryland, and that is the shit man...i so would do that again. I got up in the air and felt how the bike gets "floaty-like" and learned that THAT is where my balance point is. I just get freaked out when it starts to go up on the street cuz theres no rope to keep myself from falling over.
