OK guys. thanks for the massive responses to my polls on the boards so heres the info for the ride.


DAY: SUNDAY MAY 7th

WHERE: The BP gas station in front of Super K on victory blvd. (its right off the highway on the victory blvd. exit after the first light)

TIME: START SHOWING UP BY 1:30 we will roll out by 2pm

Route: we will take victory blvd. to route 17. make a left, follow 17 till we hit the yorktown beach, stop there, set the guidelines, make sure everyone is good to roll, and establish rider positions in the pack. then we will head up the colonial parkway to jamestown and take a breather at the KHC's "spot" after that we will head back down the parkway to the exit for the highway (64) and follow that back into newport news/yorktown. we will then hit up the yorktown sonic (right across from walmart) and do the food/slushies thing and talk about the ride, how well people followed hand signals and such. then its either some more riding, or we'll go our separate ways.

oh, and if its not too much trouble post up if you are gonna be there (and what you ride) so i know who we are looking for. if it rains before the ride, we'll revise the route as wet cobblestone and motorcycles dont mix..

After todays outstanding practice (one stall out the entire 2hr session) I think i may be able to make this ride. pending on the weather or if i get recalled. I will be out later to practice more.

 

I wont be there unless by some mirical i can get plates in time
