If anyone wants to earn some extra loot by helping with wiring, I can offer $8/hr of you want to wiggle in the large crawlspace under the house to feed wires into a wiring closet from drop pipes and $6/hr for an assistant to run around the 3rd floor to feed the wires and make the terminal connections. Will be working on this project on Friday evening after 6p and again on Saturday.
