Also, if we were to do this, I'd be bringing back the earlier start time of 7pm instead of 9pm because we've been given a ended deadline of 1am MAX. Too many late night alarms going off next door and police reports to go past then. It should actually be midnight, but I think we can squeek another hour in if need be.
