Anyways, I've been meaning to see the Rendezvous. Ferrais are cool and all, but blazing through small French streets going 80+mph is even cooler.

 

i guess others see it as vintage and historicaly signficant, i see it simply as out dated and old, same with bikes and guns and probably anything else i'm interested in... now a modern ferrari v12 is a different story, but i always wonder though if in 20 years i'll still appreciate the cars i drool over now, i doubt it

IMO no. Not trying to put you down. I love your car but most of the emphasis was put on one thing. For example the turbo 69 camaro is a straight line car as well but has alot of custom fab work, really nice interior, custom turbo kit, full retoration etc. I would classify that hotter then your car.
Most of the cars here emphasize on one thing instead of a very well rounded package. Its either a show car car or a fast car or like that yellow ugly mr-s a good hanlding car. We need to take note from the west coasters. They build a complete package that encompasess all aspects of a car....and no I dont mean a gay ass audio system in a fast car.

And I am not trying to say that the only car that classifies as being hot is something that basically is a track circuit prepped car that does everything well. It can be any car in any genre. Even drag race cars, but it all is in the little details and how the car was prepped thats why if I were to pick a domestic its that turbo 69 all the way. More $$ into it, more power, more details, custom work and creativity
