I just went thru a huge pile of resumes yesterday afternoon. Took probably 20 seconds to reject over 100 resumes.

Application process can take a moment to months. VA State Police looked at my application and decided to hire me within a few seconds to teach at their academy. They pulled up my preliminary background check and replied that it may take them a bit longer than expected. Gee, imagine that.

 

With all the stories and what not that you have told me...how in the hell would the State Police hire you?

Something doesnt add up.
