I saw some 4.8x and numerous 5.00-5.3x passes in the 1/8th that day at VMP so it couldn't have been that bad. At least VMP isn't bumpy like Richmond.

Not to mention that it'd change lots of folks minds about friday night.

I know your car hooks like mad Richard but a little VHT goes a long way for everyone else. They spread it out on sats/suns, just have no love for friday night street cars. Maybe we should bring our own VHT? If I brought it and donated it (or our club) on a friday I bet they still wouldn't put it down...
You are right but you would need it sprayed just beofer your runs to benefit from it... To many Radial tire cars dragging water up to the line...

Hell put it down for SS only, the import crowd doesn't seem to care too much about whether they hook or not anyways.

Yeah the concrete to asphalt transfer was noticeable 10+ years ago when I ran there.

I love watching the import drivers that think that the fartehr you spin your tires down the track, the faster you will run. Redline launch in first, powershift into second, and see how long those tires can scream.

richmond dragway on a fri night sucks period. the track itself feels like your driving on the pike. im not one to say much for vmp either, but its sure a hell of alot better than richmond dragway!!
