Ticket for Failure To Maintain Control of Vehicle.... anyone in Chesterfield Co?
Well i wasn't drifting or getting on it... I left a sharp jerk to the left then wam bam. next thing i know rim is bent and tire is deflated. haven't looked at car.
Yeah... This dude never really has much of anything relevant to say. But anyways, who was the officer? I'm sure everyone is familiar with Nash around here, if it's him... Sorry.
A friend of mine got a ticket after he crashed into the back of someone on Hull St, "Following to Close" or some shit like that, he was able to get it knocked down to "Improper Equipment" because his tires were bald. <--- Sounds dumb, but lawyers work magic.

Get a lawyer, My tire popped, I did a 360 on the middle of I95, and the stupid state trooper gave me the same ticket.
lawyer got it reduced to improper driving, which is not a reckless ticket.

I'm winning the popularity contest.
On a relevant note,
It sounds like you probably popped the tire from the curb. I would really reverberate the thoughts of everyone else. Get a lawyer. Even if you were a reckless shit blazing down the street, the investment of a lawyer instead of the hike in insurance, etc. it's going to be so well worth it.

Wow no good advice at all in this thread. Like the officer stated, if you have not taken driving school within the past 5 yrs than that is your best bet. You complete the course and pass and it does not even go on your record. Why would you need a lawyer to represent you in such a simple case?
