Yea, there is permission apparently to be there. It's a fun hang out, pretty chill aside from a few idiots. They don't really punish the whole group if one numbskull acts out.

All I remember is that people brought out lawn chairs to sit and hang out and it was pointless. Kroger was def. like this sunday meet. IMO

Last time I went to Kroger, some riced out cars were slamdancing in a parade circle. That was funny. I prefer to meet up with friends without having to be near so much high school drama.
