speedometer calibration?

Default speedometer calibration?
Anyone know a place in Richmond that can calibrate my speedometer? I got a speeding ticket but i think my speedo is off so it might help in court.

I know they do it... I just can't remember if it is off of research. It is in that area, but they are very good!
