What mods do you have? If you really don't have any substantial engine mods, getting a tune isn't the way to go right now as it is wasted money per hp dollar.
As for tune/chips SCT is your best bet. Stay away from the Diablo predator as it isn't what it is cracked up to be. Half assed tune from them, shitty tech support even from the tuner side of the house too.

FlodaSE-R also has plenty of experience with tuning mustangs so you can always PM him and ask. But like Woodrow said, unless there is something to really require a tune, then there is no real need to have it done.
