IF it can relate to on-road nitro RC.....

I have tried both setups on asphalt and the open the diff corners much better. The 'LSD' unit (heavy silicone diff oil to slow diff action) pushes into the turns very badly by comparison, and the believe it or not, the back end gets loose easier as well.

My car handles a lot better after LSD by the seat-of-my-pants-o-meter.

Might be that the LSD equipped car also has traction control.

Perhaps the car relies on sliding around to be fast, and the LSD in conjuction with the limited torque a 2zz makes can't break the rearend out with the added traction. I wouldn't think a peg-leg would be better though.

It'd be interesting to track my car w/o a limited-slip... I'd be doing one wheel specials off of each corner.
