I think you have your wording reversed.... the "deal falling through" means the guy backs out and doesn't buy the car.

There is an Elise on Midlothian Turnpike is you want to test drive it. My knees come up halfway on the steering wheel and I'm only 6' tall!

Have you sat in an Elise yet? They're for little people. They're awesome cars but I don't think I could live with one day to day.

I'd go with your Miata plan.

I'd say get the Lotus, but it would be nice to have another high power miata on the board. My Link and 550cc injectors just arrived last night

It was the ugly wheels. He had to do anything possible to get those horrid things off the car; this includes buying it.

Evo9

With some $$ I have left over I can buy my buddies Miata down in florida.
Fully built motor, 30 psi, haltech, Rx7 brakes and rearend, HARTDOP and more
I am leaning more towards this and plan on adding riveted fender flares and some deep fuking lip old school mesh wheels...somtin like this car posted in teh other thread.
The guy daily drives it @ 15psi and its dead reliable for a car that is grossly overpowered.
I, personally, am a fan of unique cars. From your previous rides, it seems you are also. I like something that someone can't go to the dealer the next day and just scoop up. Here is my suggestion:

Lotis Esprit TT
Looks good.
Handles good.
Easy to upgrade.
You can put homo rims on it too.

I concur. I couldn't image getting in and out of that little thing everyday. It reminded me of my Bigfoot Power Wheels when I was younger.
