Roomate wanted all inc. $400mo.
West end Near Regency mall off Parham rd Cloisters apartments Share Large 3br apt with utilities included. Highspeed internet. Plenty of space. Washer and Dyer in house. 2nd floor room with hardwood floors. Must be Car friendly.

with the number of south-of- jeff daivis hoodums running around here searching for a roomate seems fairly risky.

Kevin I got space for that. With parking here, you just put your ride in a spot and until its sprouted roots its going to stay where you leave it. No worries
Honestly though,Its not bad. I have lived in places that seemed great but were much much worse than anything here. Most everyone keeps to themselves I dont worry much about my cars or my friends.
