Rolling fender lip

Anyone around here have the actual tool used to roll fenders that bolts to the wheel hub? I know you can buy it from eastwood but its almost $500. I was hoping to find someone that couls rent it to me or something.

i will be buying an eastwood fender roller soon, ill post when i get it so people can use it. im nice so if im not busy ill let drag central people use it( under my supervision).
