I've been on their site but they don't list any prices. I've also emailed them but no response. Not sure if my emails aren't going through or what. If anyone has any info or another site post up. Also, if anyone knows someone who lives there how do they like it?

when me and my buddies ride bmx around shockoe bottom. we stop by one of there uncles place and hang out. he only uses it as a home when he visits richmond. the place itself is awesome and huge. the views are killer.
but he told me the price and i would by a house with some land instead of a loft. it was close to a half million dollars. and his uncle was one of the first people to buy a place there. so i can only guess the prices may have gone up.
