You can still fish at Barrington, just gotta be quiet and not leave any trash behind and just use common sense. We got kicked out all the time because of idiots that tagged along. If you are coming from Pump headed towards Barrington, take the first entrance and after the first house on your right you can walk back there near the dam. Thats a good spot, or you can walk around the dam to the other side and fish right there. Its somewhat in peoples back yard, but i've found those certain families dont care much .

You can also hit up Innsbrook if you can get around Security. NOT STOCK might know if security actually cares anymore. I know a few year ago it would be just about every other time I would get kicked out. I've seen a 5lb large mouth and a 13lb catfish come out of Innsbrook though..so its worth it.

Echo Lake is right behind Innsbrook, but i've had horrible luck there.

Across Rt. 33 near Echo Lake is Meadow Farms. I really liked fishing there because the lake isnt too big and you can shore-cast 90% of the entire lake. Once again, nothing too big, but fishing is fishing...its always fun, right?

Also there is Deep Run, Raintree, Lake Caroline, etc... I've fished them all and been kicked out of most

I live near Echo Lake. There is massive development around the "wetlands" so the lake is turning into a muddy drainage pond.

At Cox and Nuckols Rd, there is a huge pond outside one of my offices there. Nice walking paths, too. Innsbrook has a patch-wielding "Safety Patrol" that will ask you to leave if they don't get enough Metamucil. Some good fishing in that one. The ponds are all stocked since they are man-made.

Havent tried the barrington lakes but ive actually had pretty good luck out of Echo. Decent Crappie and ~2lbs bass are pretty common. Ive never been kicked outta innsbrook and ive been goign there for years now.. Back when Anglers Cove used to be around, I heard people use to take citations there to get weighed and usually ended up releasing them in innsbrook, havent caught any of those yet :P.

Meadow farms huh? I always wanted to give that pond a shot.
what about the laurel lakes pond? it looks real fishy but there are so many freakin no tresspassing signs.

Also off Mill Rd., I dunno if its there anymore cause of construction, but there is a decent pond back in the field that ields some nice bass.

AHEM...i live by VCU and i do not live in the ghetto....so whoeva claims that MY side of the town is ghetto...YOURE WRONG...there maybe a few bad areas out here. ghetto ass mother fuckers. but it's not half as bad as you guys picture it. but thats from my point of view. some of u probably just can't handle it. my side of town compared to yours. i might be a slight more ghetto then your hood. but its not like we who live out here have cracks in our walls n shit. =P

theres some dope cars out EVERYWHERE jus not in a certain side of town. not everyone on my side of town drive pieces of shit. like i said before some people jus don't bother driving their baby's around all the time. all the people i know with nice rides always have a piece of shit car that they drive on a daily basis
