depends on the turbo really, some its just as simple as tearing them down, installing some new bearings / seals and putting it together. others have to have macine work, pressed in parts, and balancing done to make it happen. local place, mid atlantic turbo, does a good job at a pretty good price. ive used em a few times and so far so good!
