Must have been a long time ago then. The last guy let his dog piss the carpet, and the guy before that was a crack head, someone came in and tore the shit out of the house. Busted sheet rock, windows, etc. I pay next to nothing for rent because of the repairs I made.

I've been here for almost 2 years, so it must not have been him. This carpet was here when I got here and the last people were booted for sub-letting. Probably subletting to your bro. What does he drive... or drive then?
