Saw a teal green EF Civic Hatch on Azalea around 3pm today. Had the front plate relocated to the left side, faded black painted hood, lowered, black wheels but the rear wheels had a red lip on them.

No, it doesn't have a carbon fiber hood, and the guy is around cuz I've seen him driving it. I live in the VCU area, not gonna say where because with all the recent thefts, I don't want him to have his shit jacked. Its a super clean car though.

^ yeah the guy i know has a carbon fiber hood and left of iraq like a month ago for a year. But yeah clean car, havent seen him around.
