I lawled very hard when I saw this same car on 64 EAST this time, on the side of the road!! A Mercury Villager came to his aid and there were a bunch of Scenester kids milling around...

Yea one of them live down the street from my parents hows... talk about busting a load while driving next to one

I think it was a Ford Fiesta, in front of the Colonial Heights Middle School a few minutes ago. Black with yellow trim, yellow wheels. Loud exhaust (with plenty of smoke) and a hood scoop. Driver looked like a winner.
