pardon me for being moronic with this statement... but the purpose of an intercooler is to cool the incoming air charge...
why not just inject the naws into the motor as apposed to spraying it across the i/c. wouldn't it provide a greater result in power?

you can see as much as a 30whp by drastically chilling the cooler with the sprayer. Or you can spray that into the motor and risk blowing it up. Basically its risk free hp, vs injecting nitrous into the motor.
Plus I am not a big fan of putting nitrous on a turbo car unless you have a huge turbo and are into dragracing...spraying like a 30 shot on is nice to get the turbo spooled up faster and cool the intake charge a bit....but for a everyday car...I would opt for the chiller

You can use CO2 and it does work, but not as well as nitrous...plus, some places you can find the nitrous cheaper than CO2 so i would stick with spraying nitrous on the cooler.
