NOTARY NEEDED IN RICHMOND ASAP
I am about to travel + or - 3 hours to sell my car. banks will most likely be closed...I need a notary asap

Bank lobbies are usually open until 5p. You can also go to any car dealership as they will have one on staff (usually the secretary or whomever processes loan applications).
