I go there sometimes too....but the shishas are disgusting, and the food is mediocre. I never had the cheesesteak though. DC has the real shisha bars. Beautiful belly dancers hundreds of flavors, clean shishas great food and sweet chicks.
Prince Palace is probably the best up there but its liek $50 a person minimum

 

If anyone is ever up in the area of nova shisha lounge is also good

as you can see in the 3rd pic the fucking shishas are huge!
They are about 4-5ft tall
as you can see a much better selection then richmond

 

I'm down man....I have a saturday class tomorrow until 5:00, then I'll be making my way to RIC....if there's no good places there, I'm up for hitting DC, good tobacco and nice babes was all i needed to hear......see if you can talk anybody else into going, it would make for a fun night

Shisha is a water pipe that you smoke flavored tobaccos out of. Its a middleastern/turkish pipe that is also called argelli or in english hookah.
Here is what it looks like


It basically has a big bowl where you put a syrup drenched tobacco into and then put coal on top of it and puff away. Its real smooth for people like me that dont smoke cigs and there are all kinds of exotic flavors like mango, rose, double apple, melon ect
