As I really wish I found a place with a garage. Saw a red civic creeping past my car the other night. I quickly went out side and they took off. I called Henrico (sp) police. They told me there was nothing they can do unless my car was actually stolen.

Where I use to stay we use to have legit meets at the police station. Keeps all the stupid people to a min. Even tho I didn't care for the idea at first. It was all ways a good meet. no fights, drama or douche bags. Sometime it was cool to see some of our local officer's come out talk about their cars. A few actually started to come out on a regular too.

Not trying to tell you all what to do. For you all know the area and officer's better than I. But it is an idea and has worked. just takes time to get things legally worked out with the proper channels.
