As far as the "muscle car" scene goes, atleast what I've seen, is older folks with cars mainly doing cruise-ins, shows, etc. But I suppose it all depends on what your definition of the scene is.

Not much, intake and exhaust. I just use it to get from point a to b. I will be selling it within the next year most likely. I can't see myself keeping it for more than 5 years.

Having lived in both I preferred the nightlife and dining in Richmond. The housing market is more affordable as well.
