Ok, wtf is going on....as if Isabel did not fuck us up enough I wake up to hear thunder and howling winds again. Turn on the TV later in the day to find out a tornado came through Chesterfield and Richmond. It put 40,000 more people in the dark again. Yeah some of yall are going to get power back soon
