Im looking for someone local that can weld up a 304ss o2 housing, wg mount on manifold, o2 bung on housing, and dump tube back into o2 housing. All cutting, drilling and fitting is done, just need someone to tig it for me. I kinda need it done quick so thats why Im posting it here. It is for a 2g dsm rs-t project Im working on for someone and this is sitting somewhere else waiting to be done and holding up the project. I am leaving Saturday morning for a family reunion in s/w Va so I was hoping to find someone that I could drop it off to Sat morning and pick up Tues or Wed of next week. When I bring it, all tubing and flanges will be referenced for location and manifold, turbine housing, and o2 flange will come bolted together for fit. Also, Im off River rd in the Matoaca area so Dinwiddie, amelia, p-burg, colonial heights area is good but I work in Midlothian so any place between chester and midlo would also work perfect.

They build race cars and welded alot of aluminum for friends
pretty sure he can tig stainless if he can do aluminum since its such a pain in the ass to weld

 

I know, I usually have Bret do all of my work. Unfortunately, the owner of the car doesnt want to wait for Bret to do a quality job so I am forced to find someone that can do it quicker(over the weekend). Nothing against anyone else, Im sure there are others than can do a quality job. I have only dealt with Bret when it comes to welding alum, ss, or chromo so I dont know any others able to do it other than Clodfelter.

Aluminum isn't a pain to tig if you prep it correctly.
