Move in time would be around April 17. My parents are moving out of their current house to their other house. They said I could rent out there current house for $1500 a month including utilites. They wouldnt be making any money on the deal because they dont want to declare it on their taxes and want to help me out. The rent would be around $500 for 3 people or $375 for 4 people. Its a very nice house 4 bedroom house 2 story in Exbury/Saint James West off of Lucks Lane off of Courthouse in Chesterfield. Big bedrooms, Washer/Dryer, Refridgerator, Living Room, Dining Room, Garage (Where my car is going to be, but can be used by anyone else if work needs to be done on their car), Southern Style Cover porch. Let me know if your are interest in PM's a credit check would need to be done and a Security Deposit and if you could send a pic of yourself because a picture can tell 1000 words about someone also that would be great. There would be no smoking allowed in the house or any pets. Thanks
