the problem your going to find is most PM comapines dont allow car related work. i know we dont becasue it is to much mess and BS to deal with. so youll have to end up in a shadier property unless you know someone. lol good luck man if you need help with any specifics about leasing a place let me know. im not in your area however so i cant help you find a place

like it says im looking for a building to lease with atleast one drive in door. if anybody knows of one or knows people that can hook it up were looking to open up a shop asap. ive been looking and delt with alot of bulshit realitors. and when we find one there will be a discount for VA-driven members
Aamco trans closed down on Laburnum avenue, just east of williamsburg road (60). They have a sign up for lease, three bays and a fenced in back lot. Newer building, probly wants a lot of $$ for it but what the hey, check it out.

theres a place at the corner of paraham and staples mill. it used to be a shell station that has a shop on it. so lifts should already be in floor. its for buy or lease.
