local cell phone plans - what's yours?
I'm currently using Alltel, but considering switching real soon. Tell us a little about your cell phone plan...who do you use, min/cost, what do you like about it, what don't you like about it?

Ghost
Sprint blows money out of YOUR ASS, then charges you double for it.
SunCom, the un-plan. As long as I'm in the 757, unlimited national minutes, no ifs-and-buts about it...always free. Outside the area, it's 300 minutes/month. For around $60/month...rarely lose signal, customer service A+++++!
My .02.

Choose based on calling plan and coverage. You are southside semi-boonies (not like Floda50h boonies) so coverage will be an issue to some places you travel.
Never pay for the phone. Contact me offline if you need one and I'll hook you up with coupon codes and places to buy.
Honestly, I dunno what my calling plan is anymore since it's comp'd.

nic, the best thing i think going right now is sprint....
im paying 49.99/mo for:
500 daytime
unlimited night/weekend (they now start at 7pm vs 9pm)
they've got great phones
long distance included
unlimited pcs to pcs (anyone else with a sprint phone)
free caller id/call waiting/ voicemail
$5 additional for wireless web
