yea no way would you catch me heading off to the army at this time. Hopefully you get a job that doesn't require you to be out in the mess of things.

I went 11x...I originally planned for airborne, but apparently they don't give guarantees on that, so I went with an option 40.

im not laughin at the fact of goin to iraq...and trust me cuz i been there twice already ..im just givin u heads up...cuz recruiters tend to say ur prob never gonna go....but no matter wat your job is u will b goin over there...doesnt matter if your a cook/supply/mechanic/medic/even if its a computer job..or u deal wit payroll..... almost every job thinkable in the army is shipped over...put it this way..i got medically discharged last year cuz i fukked up my back....so im not laughin who ever thought i was.....and i lost alot of friends....just think about it..if u got a good payin job..already goin to school....the armys not werth it unless thats wat u really wanna do..... neways good luck and b safe....boot camp is off the hook by the way :P

Go back and get it in your contract before you ship.

 

I thought so too, but I was like what the fuck. But anyways I got airborne as well as RIP in the contract(Option 40).

 

yea but why do u think they get the bonuses..airborne and infantry are the first to go in.....more likely to get into sum shyt....dats why they throw the money ou there like dat...dude u only get half up front then the spilt the rest by the years u got left........and when your a private make sure u know wat your spendin your money on......alot of people get fukked over wit finances n shyt HINT dont ever finance anything from a dealer around a military base they know u got money..APR rates are rediculous

 

Get everything in writing before you sign anything. It's your only guarantee. I have a lot of contacts if you want some guidance or a reference.
