Hey, wouldnt it be good to have some type of customer service job before applying there with you? I mean, you have to interact with people right? Most jobs would like to have prior experience with the public in customer service before hiring you to talk with them over the phone.....

They wouldnt hire me at bank of america when i applied, even though i passed all their tests and interviews simply because i didnt have a job prior to that dealing with anything with the public.
