i am not even close... still farting around N/A in my camaro as my only driver... even in all this snow/salt/sand shit... dammit.
I have replaced a bunch of shit on my beater honda but now i am trying to do the timing belt.... it's about 140K miles over due... anyone know how to get this fukin crank bolt loose? I have tried 4 impact wrenches... the last one was electric. I have tried it with the car on the ground, i can spin both tires that way.... i will give ya some beer if you got a wrench that will knock this damn thing off at my house.
Once this is back running reliably, i can tear my camaro apart and put the turbo stuff back on... got a rollbar too for it.

go get a propane torch. heat the hell outta the bolt. just remember to replace the crank seal while you're in there (the fatkid's been known to do a lil sumpin on a honda once or twice)

well thanks anyways... but i just got it loose. I don't get it, 140 psi on an impact won't move it.... but locking the wheels studs with a big screw driver and having someone hold the brake pedal down, with me on the other end of a breaker bar got it.. came right off. I read somewhere that this wouldn't work so i didn't bother trying it until just before i about gave up.
to hell with this balance shaft belt shit too.... i hate honda.

put a big wrench on it, prop it against something and turn the car over really quick lol.

think changing the timing belt is bad on a honda, try doing it on a probe lol

it'll be a while for me too unfortunately... after a nightmare of what should have been a simple turbo swap (broke 3 bolts, had to machine a new part, bunch of shit didn't fit up right), i got it all together and get nothing but compressor surge because my dumb ass made a poor choice of compressor side.. gotta take it all back apart now and swap some shit around, dunno when i'll ahve time.. i was also sent the wrong brake rotors... somehow like 4 vendors have sent me the wrong shit in the last month.. quite frustrating. hopefully i should be good to go by April, or at the latest, first of May
