Hi all,

Is there a smoke/head shop here in Richmond where I can buy a hookah and hookah supplies?

You can smoke hookah at those places, but idk if you can purchase them though.

Kulture is down in the bottom, and the best one in my eyes in richmond. you can buy hookahs and shisha. www.kulturerva.com
