Finally got a friggin' callback after 2 weeks of calls. Pocahontas State Park (Chesterfield County) out by Nic and Mo allows campfires. Reservations would be necessary for Halloween.

$20 per campsite (6 individuals or 1 immediate family) and some overnight camping MUST be done per their regulations. It's to help prevent late night parties. Hmm. Am sure the park service will patrol the campsites heavily that night so tents would need to be setup.

Oh yeah, quiet hours begin at 10p.

Best thing would be for someone with a huge backyard in a county that allows outdoor fires (excludes Henrico as a location) to host a BYOB and BYOM (marshmellows) from 10p-2a. Any volunteers?
